Brian Mistrot - Founder & President
Brian Mistrot is the President and founder of PBM Firm, LLC. In 2015, he founded American Moderates, a new political party, then merged American Moderates with other parties across the nation to form the Alliance Party (now the 5th largest political party in the country). From its inception until late 2019, he led the Alliance Party as its National Chairman. In early 2020, he worked with several other activists to found One Nation Movement. He has remained heavily involved with national politics and continues to work with other leaders across the country to find solutions to the most critical issues facing America. Brian is a graduate of Eastfield College and Baylor University.
William FB O'Reilly - Co-Founder & Secretary
Bill O’Reilly is a partner at The November Team, a New York-based political and corporate communications firm, and a political columnist for Newsday. He has served as a strategist and spokesman for candidates, causes, and private corporations across the nation for more than 25 years. His observations regularly appear on television, radio, and in national print media.
Bill is a former board member of the American Association of Political Consultants, a current board member at The William F. Buckley Jr. Program at Yale, and Chairman pro tem of The Federalist Party of America.
Bill and his wife Corrinne have three daughters and live in New York’s Westchester County.
Stephen Imholte - Co-Founder & Treasurer
Stephen Imholte is a seasoned consultant to political campaigns and non-profits. He has managed two gubernatorial campaigns, written multiple strategic plans and currently serves as a director on community non-profit boards including FairVote MN. As a “bridge builder” Stephen’s focus is on meaningful solutions for affected communities rather than participation in divisive political arguments. A self-described conservative, Stephen is a political independent with relationships in both major parties and some minor parties. He is a proponent of election reforms including ranked choice voting, campaign finance, increasing ballot access and redistricting.
Mike Pitcher - Co-Founder & Director
Mike Pitcher is passionate leader/ speaker with over four decades of business success spanning three continents and in multiple industries. C-level positions with LeasePlan, Pitney Bowes, Dell and Efficiency Enterprises have blessed him with opportunities to learn the successful elements of leadership. He now coaches and consults with executives on growing their businesses and creating a culture where everyone participates in success. Mike is also the author of "The Seven eLements of Leadership".
Rosario Marin - Director
Rosario Marin is an entrepreneur, an international public speaker, author, and serves as advisor to various corporations. She served in Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s cabinet as Secretary of the State and Consumer Services Agency. Appointed by President George W. Bush and unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Ms. Marin served as the 41stTreasurer of the United States where she had oversight of the U.S. Mint and the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. She was also a councilmember and Mayor of the City of Huntington Park. Ms. Marin has held numerous leadership positions with nonprofit boards. She has been awarded four Honorary Doctorate degrees.
Susan Del Percio - Co-Founder & Sr Advisor
Susan Del Percio is a well-known political strategist and crisis communications consultant. She is also a political analyst for MSNBC and NBC News THINK contributor.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the political, government, nonprofit and private sector arenas, she is a trusted advisor helping leaders develop and execute focused strategic communications and winning crisis management campaigns.
Susan was appointed Special Advisor to Governor Andrew Cuomo in 2014, and also served as Deputy Commissioner in the Giuliani Administration (1995-2001) prior to founding her firm in 2001.
Susan received both her Bachelor and Master's degrees from Emerson College.
Mike Madrid - Senior Advisor
Mike Madrid is a nationally recognized expert on Latino voting trends. He is a partner in the political research, data and consulting firm, GrassrootsLab, where he has developed new data and analytic approaches to political modeling.
Mike was a co-founder of The Lincoln Project, the super PAC committed to defeating former President Trump and Trumpism in 2020.
For nearly three decades, Mike has been changing the outcomes of political campaigns throughout the country. He has served as the political director for the California Republican Party and the press secretary for the California Assembly Republican leader.
