What Georgia Voting Laws Have Changed...
- Shortened early voting
- Restricted or eliminated food/water to those in line to vote
- New Voter ID requirements
- Removed unsolicited voting applications
- Restricted number of drop boxes (1:100,000 active voters)
- Drop boxes only available on early voting days & hours
- Removed mobile voting
- Out of precinct voting restricted/eliminated
- Secretary of State no longer part of the State Election Board (nor can that person vote on the board)
- Gives legislature (via the State Election Board) power over county election boards
- State Election Board can suspend other election boards (which certify election results) and replace with a single person
